Rental Terms & Policies
Review the general rental requirements and policies for renting a vehicle from Wares Rentals LLC. Final terms will be provided and agreed upon before vehicle pickup.
The information below provides a general overview only. The renter must review and sign the official rental agreement before receiving the vehicle.
Eligibility Requirements
- Driver must be at least 21 years old
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license required
- Valid payment method in the renter’s own name
- Proof of insurance required
Mileage Allowance
Approximately 150 miles per day or 1,050 miles per week may be included. Final mileage limits and overage charges will be confirmed before booking.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required. The deposit will be processed for refund after the vehicle is returned and inspected, subject to any applicable deductions.
Vehicle Pickup and Return
Pickup and return are available in Copley, Ohio. Exact location, date, time, and instructions will be provided after the booking is confirmed.
Rental Agreement
The renter must sign the finalized rental agreement before vehicle pickup. Wares Rentals LLC will confirm whether signing will be completed digitally or in person.
