Do you require a credit check?
No. Wares Rentals LLC does not require a credit check. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a valid payment method are required.
Can I use the vehicle for gig delivery work?
Yes. Our rentals are suitable for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Amazon Flex, and Spark Driver. We do not currently advertise rentals for Uber or Lyft passenger rideshare driving.
Can I rent for one day?
Yes. Daily and weekly rental options are available, subject to vehicle availability.
What is the minimum rental age?
Renters must be at least 21 years old.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Proof of valid insurance is required before vehicle pickup. Any supplemental coverage options must be confirmed with Wares Rentals LLC.
What is the mileage allowance?
Approximately 150 miles per day or 1,050 miles per week may be included. Final mileage limits and any overage fees will be confirmed before booking.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required and is refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, minus any applicable deductions.
How do I pay for my rental?
Final payment instructions will be provided after availability and pricing are confirmed. Online Stripe payment will be added during the technical setup phase.
Where do I pick up the vehicle?
Pickup is available in Copley, Ohio. The exact location and instructions will be shared after your booking is confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
The final cancellation policy is being confirmed and will be included in the rental terms before launch.
